Sophia Marie R. Monte is a licensed Psychometrician currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. In her role as Clinical Psychometrician at Clarity (V-Psyche’s Innovative Solution Inc’s Mental Health Clinic), she conducts intake and clinical interviews, administers psychological assessments, scores and interprets results, and prepares detailed psychological reports. She also supports psychologists in counselling sessions.
Her previous experience includes serving as a Crisis Line Responder Volunteer, where she provided support to individuals experiencing mental health crises, including those with self-harm ideation. She also worked as part of the clinical staff where she supervised and mentored residents and led psychosocial activities to promote emotional stability, social interaction, and recovery. As a clinical intern at Sunrise Hill Therapeutic Community, she developed therapeutic rapport with patients, conducted mental status examinations, and drafted psychological reports. She is committed to supporting the wellbeing of clients and contributing positively to the field of mental health.
